Simple, personal, and always dog-first
No complicated processes, no impersonal handovers. Every dog I care for goes through the same careful, unhurried approach — starting well before the first booking.
From first contact to happy homecoming
Get in touch
Call or email me to tell me a little about your dog — breed, age, temperament, and what you're looking for. I'll get back to you promptly to discuss availability and arrange a meet and greet.
Meet and greet
Before any booking is confirmed, I invite you and your dog to my home. This is a relaxed, no-pressure visit — a chance for your dog to explore the space, meet me, and for us to chat about their needs, routine, and any quirks I should know about.
Confirm the booking
Once we're both happy, I'll confirm the dates and send over any paperwork. I only take one dog at a time — so your dog always gets my full attention.
Drop-off
On the day, drop-off is relaxed and unhurried. I'll take a few minutes to settle your dog in before you leave, so the transition is as calm as possible.
Updates throughout
I send regular photo updates and messages so you always know your dog is happy and settled. You're welcome to message me at any time — I'm always happy to reassure.
Happy homecoming
Collection is just as relaxed as drop-off. I'll give you a full update on how your dog got on, what they ate, how they slept, and anything else worth knowing.
A typical day care day
Day care runs from morning drop-off to early evening collection. Here's what a typical day looks like.
Routines are always adapted to your dog's individual needs and energy levels. I follow your dog's usual feeding schedule and any specific instructions you provide.
Overnight boarding
Boarding dogs sleep in my home — not in a crate or separate room unless that's what they're used to. My aim is for your dog to feel as comfortable as they would at home.
Evening routines follow your dog's usual pattern as closely as possible. I'll ask about bedtime habits, preferred sleeping spots, and any settling rituals during the meet and greet.
I accept only ONE boarding dog at a time (unless its an exceptional circumstance). I'll always discuss this with you before confirming a booking.
